About the Author
Shannon Mackay is an army wife in addition to a writer, currently residing in Iowa with her two children and four cats while her other half is overseas. She likes peanut butter and loves God, her family and her cats. She only tolerates the fish. She's into nerdy card and board games. She devours fantasy books of any subgenre (epic, teen, children's, etc.) If there's magic or magical races, she's all over it like a fangirl at comic-con.
She moves too much, but enjoy the scenery changes.
Shannon is currently working on sprucing up her website while editing her first novel and writing her second.
